North Pass

North Pass runs guided backcountry trips and was scheduling every one of them over email. Availability lived in a spreadsheet; deposits arrived late, if at all.

We built a site around the trips themselves: clear listings, real-time availability, and a booking flow that takes a deposit at the moment someone commits. Guides get a simple view of who’s coming and when.

Now the site does the scheduling, and the guides get back to guiding.
